We negotiate purchase contracts, draft real estate investment private placement memorandums, coordinate purchases, secure government approvals, draft loan documents, review and correct title and surveys, negotiate leases, and review construction contracts. We have represented property owners in litigation concerning real estate, be it title defects, personal injury lawsuits, lis pendens actions, quiet title actions and easements.
We have served as trustees in foreclosure matters, negotiated workouts between borrowers and lenders, and successfully “put the wheels back on” when real estate deals have gone askew.
