Virginia’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including financing, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Virginia has experience representing institutional lenders and regional and state banks in connection with originating and servicing of commercial mortgage loans, as well as representing property developers, real estate investment trusts, borrowers, tenants and landlords in connection with the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of multi-family, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Macdonald + Macdonald, Virginia was Of Counsel at Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber in Baltimore, Maryland. Virginia graduated from Rutgers Law School and received her bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.
Virginia is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
